The Connestee Conference Room is available for individual and group use. The room is available for use free of charge, Monday through Friday, during regular library hours only. 

About the Room

• The Connestee Room is located on the Library’s second floor, near the stairwell and elevator.
• Maximum room capacity is 15 people.
• The room includes:
  • 3 large tables and chairs to seat up to 12
  • 1 small side table, suitable for materials
  • 1 large whiteboard (dry erase markers available upon request)
  • Touchscreen television, computer and video conferencing equipment (use must be requested in advance)

Accessing the Room

• You can reserve the room in advance by calling the NC Room Desk, (828) 884-3151 x5 or filling out the form below. Please call if seeking a same-day reservation.
• When not reserved, the room is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
