New Program or Service Collaboration

The Transylvania County Library provides programs that align with our strategic goals and community interests. We welcome proposals for collaborative programs.  For consideration,  submit the form by the deadlines outlined below.  The programming team reviews all proposals and will respond as soon as possible.  

If you have ideas or general program suggestions that you want us to know about, but are not looking to help implement, please use the Program Suggestion Form instead. 

Collaborations should directly relate to the Library’s mission of learning, gathering, growing – together by fitting at least one, but preferably multiple Library goals:

  • Encourage and nurture exploration, reading and learning throughout life

  • Provide opportunities for Transylvanians to engage with each other in meaningful ways
  • Collaborate to enhance community well-being and civic life

  • Extend library programs and services to all of Transylvania County
  • Create friendly, accessible and inclusive spaces and services
