Program Suggestions

Do you have an idea for a program that would be perfect for Transylvania County Library? Attend an event with a great speaker you want us to know about? We want to hear from you! Use the form below to submit a suggestion for a future library program. Please note that we plan for programming 6 to 9 months in advance.  Your suggestion does not ensure that your idea will become a program, but we appreciate your input and all ideas are kept on file.

If you are looking to collaborate or partner with us in presenting a program, please submit a Collaboration Proposal instead. 

All Library programs should relate directly to the Library’s mission of learning, gathering, growing – together by fitting at least one, but preferably multiple Library goals:

  • Provide opportunities for Transylvanians to engage with each other in meaningful ways
  • Collaborate to enhance community well-being and civic life

  • Extend library programs and services to all of Transylvania County
  • Create friendly, accessible and inclusive spaces and services
