Meeting and Event Space Reservations

The Transylvania County Library offers several reservable spaces for meetings, study, programs, and community events. Each type of space has its own eligibility requirements, reservation process, and use guidelines.

Before submitting a reservation request, please review the information for the space you wish to reserve:

Small Meeting Spaces

The College Walk Study Room and Connestee Conference Room are available free of charge for individuals and small groups during regular library hours. These spaces are ideal for study, tutoring, small meetings, and collaborative work.

Rogow Family Community Room

The Rogow Family Community Room is a large indoor meeting and event space available to nonprofit organizations and government agencies. The room may be reserved as a whole or divided into two smaller spaces. Rental fees may apply.

Library Amphitheater

The Library Amphitheater is a large outdoor performance and event venue available to nonprofit organizations and government agencies. It is well suited for concerts, performances, readings, and other community events. Rental fees may apply.

All reservations are subject to applicable Transylvania County Library policies, Transylvania County policies, and relevant laws. Permission to use a library space does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership by the Transylvania County Library or Transylvania County Government.
