Join us for this month’s Cookbook Club!
Each month we look at cookbooks, do a little cooking, and meet to talk about our experiences.
For April’s meeting, we’ll cook from Erin Gleeson’s The Forest Feast Mediterranean: Simple Vegetarian Recipes Inspired by My Travels. Gleeson’s book is highly illustrated and filled with lots of beautiful photographs. The recipes are inspired by an extended family trip through Spain, Italy, France and Portugal.
Registered participants can stop by the library to review the book and choose a recipe to make and share with the other participants. We’ll taste each other’s culinary creations, talk about the cookbooks, share what we learned and swap recipes.
