DESCRIPTION:Join us for this month’s Cookbook Club!\nEach month we look at cookbooks\, do a little cooking\, and meet to talk about our experiences. \nFor April’s meeting\, we’ll cook from Erin Gleeson’s The Forest Feast Mediterranean: Simple Vegetarian Recipes Inspired by My Travels.  Gleeson’s book is highly illustrated and filled with lots of beautiful photographs.  The recipes are inspired by an extended family trip through Spain\, Italy\, France and Portugal. \nRegistered participants can stop by the library to review the book and choose a recipe to make and share with the other participants. We’ll taste each other’s culinary creations\, talk about the cookbooks\, share what we learned and swap recipes. \nRegistration opens March 21.  Check back here for the registration link. \n
