The cost to print using the mobile service is the same as printing directly from a library computer:
Yes. Mobile print jobs remain in the queue for about 72 hours. If you’re not sure you’ll make it, please call the Reference Desk at 828-884-3151, ext. 4 to make sure your job won’t expire before you arrive.

Some documents, like boarding passes, require you to log in to view or print them. Because the Mobile Printing Service can’t access your login information, entering the website link (URL) won’t work.
Instead, try this:
If possible, choose the website’s option to email the boarding pass to yourself.
Save it as a PDF on your device.
Upload or email the PDF to the Library’s Mobile Printing Service:
Black & white: [email protected]
Color: [email protected]
Upload your document to the Mobile Printing Website. After uploading, select the gear icon ⚙️ next to its name.
From there, you can choose:
Page range (e.g., page 1 only)
Number of copies
Color or black & white printing
The default setting is black & white.

You can also use a Library’s computer to open websites, email, and attachments, and print directly while at the Library.
