Rogow Family Community Meeting Room

The Rogow Family Community Meeting Room (pronounced ROH-go) is a large meeting/event room. The Rogow Room can be divided into two separate rooms, each with its own A/V system. The Rogow Room is available for use by nonprofits and government agencies during and beyond the Library’s operating hours for a fee, determined by the Fee Schedule.

Rogow Room reservations must be requested at least two weeks prior to the event and no more than six months in advance. To request a reservation, read and agree to the Rogow Room Use Policy, then complete the application form below. Library staff will then contact you about your request. A reservation is not confirmed until it has been approved by library staff and all applicable charges/deposits have been paid.
