Zumba in the Library Amphitheater

Zumba is a celebration of movement and life ~
that has grown from its roots in Latin music and salsa dancing to become one of the most vibrant ways to sneak in a workout while just having fun! Zumba meets on Thursdays @ 6 pm, March 10th – April 28th, outside in the Amphitheater (no alternate rain/snow location). People of all ages are welcome – no special dance moves are needed! Try out a single class or attend all of them.

Instructor and Personal Trainer Melissa McCall has been energizing fitness classes for 30 years. She says, “I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! It is so fun and people love it. It makes people laugh.” Melissa is licensed to teach Zumba at multiple levels to participants of all ages including Zumba, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr., and Zumba in Circuit. Melissa also teaches an incredible array of other forms of movement including Weight Training, Silver Sneakers, Strong Nations, Cardio Boxing, Women’s Self Defense, Basic Beginner Yoga, Gentle Yoga – trauma. Her educational background includes nutrition, physiology, and she has worked in Alternative Health for 20 years.
