Fearless when it comes to gaining her freedom, Harriet Tubman risks her own life and marriage to escape slavery.  Discovering that freedom is less meaningful while others are still enslaved, Harriet undertakes the dangerous mission to help family and friends reach freedom as well.  This biopic sheds light on a remarkable woman who was instrumental in the furtherance of the Underground Railroad.
