National Library Week 2022 – Musicke Antiqua Concert

On Thursday, April 7 at noon, Musicke Antiqua will perform a spring concert showcasing music from the 15^th through the 20^th century. The musicians perform in Renaissance costumes on replicas of early instruments, including recorders, percussion instruments, crumhorns, violas da gamba, and a harp.  They began as a recorder trio in Brevard in 2001, and the group now includes 13 members from Western North Carolina.  For more information visit musickeantiqua.org.
