This is not a remake of the original Midway film! Six months after Pearl Harbor, a decisive World War II naval battle takes place in the Pacific Theater (Midway Islands) in the midst of another planned attack by Japan on the United States. Through the work of code breakers and tenacious soldiering on the U.S. side, Japan’s intentions are thwarted.  Dennis Quaid and Woody Harrelson star in this film about characters based on actual U.S. leaders and team members who took heroic action to win the war and save the country they love.
