May 7 @ 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Join us for this free, three-part series as we learn the basics of fermentation and the science behind it. Led by Erin Massey, NC Cooperative Extension’s Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, each session will combine expert instruction with practical experience so you can create healthy and delicious fermented foods at home!  Space is limited, and registration is required.  Attend one session, or all of them!  Sign up below to reserve your seat.

In Part One of the series, we’ll learn to make delicious, probiotic-rich sauerkraut from scratch.
