Family Dinner Series: Positive Parenting Part I

The Family Dinner Series are held once a month focusing on a variety of topics centered around the family. This free series is designed to bring families together for a meal, conversation, education, and fun. Additionally, families will also be able to receive more information about organizations and agencies within our community who provide services, activities, and information geared towards families. 
This month’s topic is part one of a two part series on positive parenting. Psycologists William Dalton, Ph.D and Elizabeth Conway-Williams, Ph.D. will discuss how to have less stress and more fun with your kids. Part two will be held in March at Transylvania County Parks and Recreation.

The Family Dinner Series is sponsored by the Family Support Committee and is composed of a variety of agencies and organizations including The Children’s Center, Transylvania Count Parks and Recreation, Transylvania County Library, The Family Place, SAFE, Inc. of Transylvania County, The Haven of Transylvania County, Mountain Sun Community School, Mountain Roots, Dalton Pediatric Therapy, and the CARE Coalition.
