Join us for this month’s Cookbook Club!
Each month we look at cookbooks, do a little cooking, and meet to talk about our experiences.
For our February meeting, we’re cooking from Priya & Ritu Krishna’s Indian-ish: Recipes and Antics from a Modern American Family. This book is food writer Priya Krishna’s tribute to her mom’s “Indian-ish” cooking— one-of-a-kind Indian-American hybrid recipes that are easy to make, practical, and delicious. Think Roti Pizza, Tomato Rice with Crispy Cheddar, Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Green Pea Chutney, and Malaysian Ramen… YUM.
Registered participants can stop by the library to review the book and choose a recipe to make and share with the other participants. We’ll taste each other’s culinary creations, talk about the cookbook, share what we learned and swap recipes.
Registration opens January 17. Check back here for the registration link.
