An award-winning storyteller and five-time champion of the West Virginia Liars’ Contest, Bil Lepp spins wildly funny Appalachian tall tales that are outrageous, unforgettable and just true enough to keep you guessing.

This program will begin with a brief Friends of the Library Annual Meeting to share updates, recognize volunteers and elect officers. All are welcome – membership is not required.
