Are you interested in food preservation, but not sure where to start?  Join us at this presentation to learn the basics of canning!  Erin Massey and Cathy Hohenstein, Family and Consumer Sciences Agents with NC Cooperative Extension, will join us to talk about the process of preserving foods at peak freshness, sourcing equipment, canning safety, and they’ll discuss answers to common questions.
