Hour of Code for Kids

The ‘Hour of Code™’ is a nationwide initiative by Computer Science Education Week and Code.org to introduce millions of students to one hour of computer science and computer programming. And this year, Transylvania County Library will be joining in the fun by hosting an Hour of Code™ program for kids ages 9-12. We’ll walk through a tutorial and learn the basics of how to code.
