Eating the Mediterranean Way: Part Five, Whole Grains

Join us for this free, six-part series as we explore wellness through nutrition, mindfulness and Mediterranean cooking.  Led by Erin Massey, NC Cooperative Extension’s Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, each session will combine expert instruction, cooking demonstrations, and of course, taste testing to inspire you to create healthy eating habits at home.  Space is limited, and registration is required.  Attend one session, or all of them!

In Part Five of the series, we’ll learn about whole grains.
