Children’s Book Week

Drop by the Youth Services desk during the week of May 2 – 7 for a book character scavenger hunt and a special take & make craft – Elephant & Piggie Stick Puppets – while supplies last.

Book character dress up day is Tuesday, May 3. Join some of our staff as we dress up as favorite book characters!

Children’s Book Week originated in 1919 with the belief that children’s books and literacy are life-changers. It’s a celebration of books for young people.
