Following the Balloon Lady’s performance will be a Balloon Art Workshop. Airheads unite! If you can tie a knot, you can twist latex. Learn basic balloon techniques while having loads of fun! A one hour, hands-on workshop. Beware! Latex twisting can be habit forming!
