Backyard Woodland Botanical & Medicinal Herbs for the Beginner

These Appalachian Mountains have a long and rich history of producing native medicinal herbs and beneficial plants. Come learn about how you can help protect, propagate and enjoy these plants- right in your own back yard or forested land. We’ll focus on our most popular plants, including ginseng, goldenseal, cohosh, bloodroot, galax, and others.
