DESCRIPTION:** This evening’s class has been canceled due to weather.**\n  \nZumba is a celebration of movement and life that has grown from its roots in Latin music and salsa dancing to become one of the most vibrant ways to sneak in a workout while just having fun!  The class meets on Mondays at 5:30 pm\, April 3rd – May 22nd outside in the Library Amphitheater (no alternate rain/snow location).  People of all ages are welcome – no special dance moves are needed!   Try out a single class or attend them all. \nZumba Perks: \n\ninterval/cardio training\nbalance and agility practice\nmuscle strengthening and flexibility\ncalorie burning\nendorphin boosting\nincreased energy and stamina\nbrightened mood\nreduced stress and tension\nimproved sleep\n\nPlease wear clothes & shoes that offer freedom of movement.
