DESCRIPTION:Safety First! is a three-part educational series exploring ways to keep you and your family safe. \nPart Three: Fraud Prevention with Self-Help Credit Union\nIn the third and final session of our Safety First! series\, Amber Justice\, Regional Vice President of Self-Help Credit Union will talk about fraud prevention.  Join us to learn what identity theft is\, how it can occur\, and why thieves would want your information in the first place.  We’ll discuss ways to protect yourself from identity theft and what to do if you find yourself falling victim. \nJustice has worked with Self-Help Credit Union for 26 years and strongly believes in their mission to “create and protect ownership and economic opportunities for all\, especially people of color\, women\, rural residents and low-wealth families and communities.” \nThis event will take place in the Library’s Rogow Room.
