Whether you are bringing greater care into your own lives and/or caring for an aging loved one\, this session is for anyone of ANY age who is interested in staying strong\, grounded and independent to live as safely and fully as possible. Each participant will take home a falls risk score\, prevention tools\, home safety assessment and more confidence in why falls may occur – and what can be done to reduce our risks. \nThis program is made possible by the Friends of the Library.  Won’t you be a Friend?
