SUMMARY:Planning for the Future: Wills and Advanced Directives
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an elder law mini-series!  Presented by Casey Steen\, attorney with Pisgah Legal Services\, this presentation will help participants learn how to interpret and create various types of legal and support documents including: a last will and testament\, a durable power of attorney\, health care power of attorney\, and others\, with the aim of ensuring informed decision-making and safeguarding individual rights. \nCasey Steen has been an attorney with Pisgah Legal Services since 2016. He is currently the director of Pisgah’s Elder Law Program\, focused on protecting the legal rights of vulnerable seniors throughout Western North Carolina. Casey is a native of Transylvania County and attended law school at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
