SUMMARY:Piecing It Together: Puzzle Competition
DESCRIPTION:The jigsaw puzzle competition is back! Community members are invited to gather a team of 2-4 people to test their speed and recognition of shapes and colors. Individual participants can be paired with teammates. The qualifying round will occur March 2-14. Each team will be timed in their completion of an identical 350 piece puzzle. \nThe top four qualifiers will compete in head to head matchups by racing to put together identical designs. The Friends of the Library are supporting this effort by purchasing the puzzles for the competition and offering prizes to the runner-ups and champions. \nOnce your team is assembled\, call or stop by the library to register your time slot. It’s a snap! \nPiecing It Together is sponsored by the Friends of the Transylvania County Library. Proceeds from Friends’ memberships and from Book Room sales help pay for all of the programming at the Library.  \nFor more information\, call the Transylvania County Library at 884-3151 ext 2.
