Thank you for your interest and we hope to offer the series again. \nJoin us for this free\, six-part series as we explore wellness through nutrition\, mindfulness and Mediterranean cooking.  Led by Erin Massey\, NC Cooperative Extension’s Family and Consumer Sciences Agent\, each session will combine expert instruction\, cooking demonstrations\, and of course\, taste testing to inspire you to create healthy eating habits at home.  Space is limited\, and registration is required.  Attend one session\, or all of them! \nIn Part Six of the series\, we’ll learn to Rethink Sweets.
