DESCRIPTION:Join us for this month’s Cookbook Club!\nEach month we look at cookbooks\, do a little cooking\, and meet to talk about our experiences. \nFor September’s meeting\, we’ll cook from The Flavor Equation by Nik Sharma. In a completely unique and accessible way\, Nik Sharma takes readers on an in-depth exploration into the science of taste and demonstrates how to convert approachable spices\, herbs\, and commonplace pantry items into tasty\, simple dishes. \nRegistered participants can stop by the library to review the book and choose a recipe to make and share with the other participants. We’ll taste each other’s culinary creations\, talk about the cookbooks\, share what we learned and swap recipes. \n \nA library staff member will contact you to confirm your registration. \n  \n
