DESCRIPTION:2018 Books Nuts Book Club\n\n\nOur Book Nuts Book Club is for young independent readers who are interested in and capable of reading the books on this year’s list. The club meets every other month to celebrate and discuss the month’s featured book. You don’t have to commit to reading all the book selections – only the books you are interested in reading. And if you can’t make it to every meeting\, that’s okay\, too. Pick up the month’s featured book a few weeks before the book club date and be ready to meet\, celebrate and discuss the books by the meeting date. Book Nuts meet on set Thursdays throughout the year from 4:00pm – 5:00pm in the Youth Services Area. \nThe 2018 Book Nuts Book Club schedule is as follows: \nJanuary 11: Chocolate Fever by Robert Kimmel Smith \n \nMarch 15: Blast to the Past: Lincoln’s Legacy by Stacia Deutsch \n\n\n \nMay 10: The Great Cake Mystery: Precious Ramotswe’s Very First Case by Alexander McCall Smith \n \nJuly 12: The Mouse and the Motorcycle by Beverly Cleary \n \nSeptember 20: Thomas and the Dragon Queen by Shutta Crum \n \nNovember 8: Donavan’s Word Jar by Monalisa Degross \n \nDecember 6: End of the year party!
