Family Dinner Series: Positive Parenting Part II

The Family Dinner Series is held once a month and focuses on a variety of topics centered around the family. This free series is designed to bring families together for a meal, conversation, education, and fun. Additionally, families will also be able to receive more information about organizations and agencies within our community who provide services, activities, and information geared towards families. 
This month’s topic is part two of a two part series on positive parenting. Psycologists William Dalton, Ph.D and Elizabeth Conway-Williams, Ph.D. will discuss finding parenting strategies that work for your family. If you didn’t attend part one, that’s just fine! Children’s activities will be provided while grown-ups participate in the education session.

The Family Dinner Series is sponsored by the Family Support Committee and is composed of a variety of agencies and organizations including The Children’s Center, Transylvania Count Parks and Recreation, Transylvania County Library, The Family Place, SAFE, Inc. of Transylvania County, The Haven of Transylvania County, Mountain Sun Community School, Mountain Roots, Dalton Pediatric Therapy, and the CARE Coalition.
