Use of Library Facilities

The required forms for reserving any of the
Library's facilities are below. 
Before completing the forms, you should call
the Library at 828-884-3151, ext. 239 or ext. 240
to check on availability of the facilities. 

Completed forms may be submitted:

• by email to anna.yount@transylvaniacounty.org

• by faxing to the Library at 828-877-4230

OR

• by dropping off in the Library's Administrative Offices
  on the 2nd floor during normal operating hours.

Click SAVE when prompted, then open on your computer to fill out.

Facilities Use Request Form
(Word Document) - This form must be completed and returned
along with the required fees (one check for the rental fee and
a separate check for the security deposit).
