printing from public

Damage, Loss and Replacement Charges
Books
For
books that are lost or have significant damage the charge is the cost of the
item plus a
$5.00
processing fee.
If
there is no cost listed on the
Library catalog, a flat fee will be charged:
$20.00
for Adult/YA hard cover books and trade paperbacks.
$15.00
for Juvenile/Easy hard cover books
$10.00
for paperbacks.
Audios
For
any complete set of audio material that is lost or significantly damaged, the
charge is the total cost of the item plus a $5.00 processing fee.
If
no audio price is listed the following fees will be used:
$10.00
per cassette for lost or damaged tapes
$15.00
per CD for lost or damaged disks
$15.00
per lost or damaged book/booklet
The
above prices also apply if part of a set is lost or damaged (e.g., if one disk
of a set is lost or damaged, the cost would be $15.00).
DVD
For
DVDs that are lost or significantly damaged the charge is the cost of the item plus
a $5.00
processing fee. If a single disk or a book/booklet of a multi-part set is
lost or significantly damaged, the charge is $15.00 per disk/book.
VHS
For
VHS tapes that are lost the charge is the cost of the item. If no price is
listed or one video of a set is lost, the following fees will be used:
$15.00
per Adult VHS
$10.00
per Juvenile VHS
